SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders placed on Amitson.com are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed on the next business day.
During new drops, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing and shipping may take longer.

Note: We are unable to make changes to the shipping address or delivery method once your order is placed.

AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS

To maintain efficiency and protect your order, shipping addresses and shipping methods cannot be changed after checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number at the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for tracking their orders once they leave our warehouse.


U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 USD within the contiguous United States.

Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days once your order has left our fulfillment center.

For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the estimated package weight.

For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, orders will automatically be upgraded to air delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or combine separate orders.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

International shipping rates vary by country and package weight. These will be calculated at checkout.

All international orders are shipped via express air courier and will be free at checkout (where applicable).
Please allow 4–5 business days for international processing.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For all international orders, customs duties and taxes are included in the total price.
There will be no additional charges on delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED / ABANDONED PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or phone number, it will be returned to Amitson at the customer’s expense.

If delivery attempts fail and the package is held at a local courier center, it is the customer's responsibility to collect it.
Unclaimed packages will be returned at the customer’s expense.

If an international package is refused, any return shipping, duty, and tax fees will be deducted from your refund.

Packages held at customs for over 30 days will be deemed abandoned.
Abandoned packages are non-refundable and ineligible for exchange.


DAMAGED OR OPENED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please:

  1. Take clear photos before opening the contents.

  2. File a claim with the courier.

  3. Contact us at shopamitson@gmail.com with your order number and images.
